I have many passions in my life one of them is cooking. Tonight I was just wanted to share a really simple but delicious recipe.
- 1/2 cup of melted butter
- 1 1/2 cup of oat meal
- 2/3 cup of brown sugar
- 1/2 cup of flour
- 3 cups or rhubarb cut in 1" square
- 5 apples peeled and cut square
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 1/2 c. tbs of flour
Mix the first 4 ingredients. Put 3/4 of the mix in a medium pyrex mold. In a bold, mix rhubarb, apple, sugar and flour and transfer in the mold. Spread the ¼ of the mix left on top. Bake at 350 C, for 45 min. Heavenly with vanilla ice cream!
